Morten, I just wanted to say that your program ROCKS, and thank you for all of your hard work!

I just popped back into AO after a year+ absence, and IA was the first third-party app I redownloaded.

yes this program does rock, although I am a nubi and have a problem. Everytime I have to reboot comp for one reason or another, IA disappears and i have to re unzip it and after I do that, it is empty so i have to load all my equip in it again. Is there anyway to save it, or is this just how it works???

Thats not how it should work. No idea what is causing you problem though.

If you're using Windows Vista or 2008 and extracting IA under Program Files might cause such behaviour. Try to place IA to some other folder like C:\IA or to some other disk altogether.

Great application. I like the ability to use it offline

Just a small question/suggestion, is it possible that sometimes in the future, to be able to get one character stats (skills) as well from AO:IA ?

Two features this program badly needs.

1. Auto startup. I know you can just put it in a startup folder.
2. The ability to limit what server it reads from (if the hook thingy even differentiates) or at least what working dir to use - ignoring all others. I find my toons duplicate if I log them onto testlive and I havent turned off the IA.

Then its a matter or working out which copy is the wrong one and trashing it. But deleting a character out of the list does all sorts of wierd stuff. Pretty much gotta redo the DB from scratch if it all goes pearshaped.

If you take care while you use this, this program rocks harder than.. A bunch of rocks.

Nice if it could pull the DB directly from the file in the AO installation folder instead of us hoping there'll always be someone with the expertise, time and what the French call a certain "ability to be bothered with"

problem with that is, funcom changes db format, breaking anything that works that way, and also processing the database takes much longer than downloading the updated file.
