I have a few questions. Where can I get candy cords? What is the highest cord I can get, I know it shows up to QL 200 on Antuguardians. ALso, is there any website(s) that can show me where different special Items like that and others drop as well as show how to complete Quests and what to hunt different camps for?

Candy Cords are dropped by "Cuty", a named Reet in Tir County. Check this thread for more details.
Sry but i found that thread completely useless. All there were was guesses and I went through all of them. Does anyone know where Cuty is to be found? And can anyone answer my other questions plz?
Sw from Tir West Gate...about half-way to the Crater. Don't know spawn times tho.
