    Preliminary 14.5 patch notes

    Preliminary Build Notes v14.5 (These notes will change before patch-day)

    Dynacamps:


    We have added 140 new camps spread out on seven different playfields around Rubi-Ka. These are camps where mobs regularly spawn, and once in a while a boss will appear. This boss will drop special loot, and be a much harder fight than the ordinary mobs.

    Static missions:

    Many NPCs around the world will now give out static missions (quests). These are assignments given to your character, requiring you to travel around and perform certain services for the NPCs involved. In the end you will receive a reward and experience. While doing these missions, you will encounter new monsters and have the chance to get your hands on new loot. There will be added static missions for all level ranges, and for all professions.

    Monster changes:

    Some new special boss monster camps have been added. The bosses in these camps go up to level 300, and are incredibly tough. They are meant to be multi-group high level encounters. As such they have their own sets of unique loot. They also have some new tricks to keep you on your toes.

    We have adjusted the Trash King Spawn time. He will now have a 20 % chance of spawning every 20 minutes.

    Item changes:

    In a freak world-wide accident, all existing Arul Saba gems have been shattered! These gems are now useless in the creation of Arul Saba bracelets. Their only use now is to sell in shops for money.

    Bracers of Reflection have been changed to be less effective. You will now only be able to get a maximum of 7% reflection against a particular damage type, not up to 42%.

    Wow, other than the bracer nerf this might become the least complained about patch ever! Good work guys! I guess you kinda needed a positive patch after all the slack you have been getting from the " Booster " pack post.

    As predicted by me, in another futile attempt to balance PvP and of course again because of the whining of some few PvPers, PvM is getting way harder ;(

    How long until you do what I and many others said since the release of the game ?

    Disconnect PvP from PvM completely, make all spells and items have 2 property sets, one for PvP, one for PvM. You will never balance PvP or PvM as long as you do not do that, there is no chance of succeeding if you continue this way.

    will mob damage or hitpoints be lowered to compensate for this? this is a big change for higher end mobs... very very big.

    Jerk bags. Ruining PvM for the sake of the whining PvP dill holes.

    What the heck is wrong with those PvP'ers that they have to continuously bork up the game for normal people?

    Only talking about the biggest change in these god damned patch notes. Now I gotta go into a mission and take up to 200 pts more damage per hit because of some whiny mother festering sore PvP babies.

    I'm getting completely fed up with the jerks at Tir Arena changing the game for me. It's sickening.

    This totally changes the way people play the game.

    If the idiots on these forums would stop crying for god damned nerfs maybe FunCom could work on making the game better. The second some horse's rear cries out for a nerf it comes down and comes down too god damned hard.

    Look what they did to the Agents. Look what they did to the Traders. Now look what they are doing to every player who walks into a mission.

    Just because some whiny sub-group of players can't keep their pie holes shut.

    Of course a million different viable and 'acceptable' alternatives to the issues the PvP'ers were having were put forth. But that doesn't matter. The game designers at FunCom will always take an opportunity to stick a boot in your rear end if given an opening by even a tiny segment of the playerbase.

    Unique bracers given as an option. Bracer changes only affecting what people were whining about (PvP). Nope, they screw over every single player in the game.
