Another Rubi-Ka Exclusive!
The neutral organization UNoC (Underground Network of Criminals) was busted in Omni-Entertainment district in Omni-1 earlier today in possession of several hundred illegally modified weapons and hacking equipment. Omni-Pol's Anti-Smuggling Unit got a tip from an anonymous source about the illegal activities of UnoC and it's members in the southern area of Omni-Ent.

It is the failure of Omni-Tek to admit to political realities that leads oppurtunistic reporters to sensationalize their stories without due consideration of the effects they may have on the public.
Omni-Pol arrested people who were breaking their law within their territory. Members of the arrested were from a Known Neutral crimminal orginization.
This is news only because Omni-pol arrested someone for a change rather than just shot them dead.
Perhaps the reporter might of been interested in Omni-Pols change from their usual tactics rather than trying to sow hysteria and insecurity in the Neutral city of Newland.
Maybe just maybe an effort must be made to protect the people from blue journalism. Report the story not your cause.
