Dear Ms Derousse,


On august 21 29476, the ICC used emergency powers to deploy additional peacekeepers on Rubi-Ka, in order to protect innocent civilians.

However, since the Omni-Tek Corporation unprovoked invaded the neutral city of Borealis on May 30, the ICC remained silent. Yet, if there ever was a time when innocent civilians needed protection, that time is now.

Since the day of the invasion, the once peaceful city of Borealis continuously has been the scene of brutal murders of neutral, Clan and even Omni-Tek civilians by the hands of Omni-Tek armed forces and Unicorn specialists.

According to the Omni-Tek Corporation, this military operation has the approval of the ICC. I can and will not believe that the ICC would ever allow such kind of atrocities.

Not only did a neutral town become the focus point of the conflict on Rubi-Ka, tensions are high and the situation could any moment escalate into another full scale war. I am convinced that the ICC will do its utmost to prevent such a thing from happening.

I urge the ICC to take immediate action and to call upon the Omni-Tek Corporation to withdraw from Borealis without further delay. I also request the return of the ICC peacekeepers to the city of Borealis, to safeguard the citizens and visitors and to see that the democratic process of elections will take place without further interruption.

On behalf of the Newland City Council and in the name of my neutral brothers and sisters in Borealis, I beg the ICC to take up its responsibility and to restore the peace in Borealis.

The ICC's only reason for being on Rubi-Ka is the protect the lives and property of Neutral citizens. They are failing...BADLY! It seems as though they have forgotten why they came to Rubi-Ka. And if they have than what the hell are they still doing here? But the ICC must act. It is there duty to do so.

If the ICC fails to act why the hell should we support them? why should those who mine for them continue to do so? we might as well just sell it off how we like. Why should we invest in new technologies, like these "mech" devices many are developing. Why should we bother about anything the ICC tries to do/sell to us if they can not perform there basic duty and pledge they made to all the neutrals on Rubi-Ka.

I have to admit, I wasn't overly happy when the ICC first arrived in Borealis and other neutral territorys. But there promise to protect our people and lands did appeal to me and as many know, I do keep my mind open to new things whenever possible. With Omni aggression in MMD and what seemed like a possible move into Newland, the ICC came through and removed them. And I must congratulate them for that. But like then, we the neutral population of Rubi-Ka have been attacked, and violated by this Omni aggression. Secretary General Derousse...you know why you came to Rubi-Ka. You know your duty to the neutral people. Act NOW!

We won't attack the ICC unless provoked. And lets face it, we're pretty well annoyed at the moment. But I have been giving why the "why" Omni invaded some thought, and due to the level of ability for Omni personal to read all the protest signs, and general lack of ability in thinking straight. It seems Zora was probably planning to invade Athen and the Omni morons couldn't read a map and ended up in Borealis

A presence is a fellow on the corner passing out pro-omni literature, selling pro-omni sundries. Maybe sending a cultural representative or two with a group of trained circus leets to entertain 'the masses', maybe even a ham-fisted attempt at a hearts and minds campaign to raise the image of Omni-Tek while defaming the Clans...

An army bristling with guns and declaring Omni-Tek's sovereignity over Borealis isn't quite a presence however, it's a hostile takeover that adds insult to injury by graciously allowing the peasants to stick around and have their freedoms stripped and dignity assaulted.

But I suppose what is one to expect from a Corporation who deals strictly in profits and bottom lines? I suspect they sold their humanity too long ago to have anything left to appeal to.
