Static overcomes the screens. Once again a man in nomad armor appears. His helmet screeches as his comsystems cut on. A slight humming can be heard coming from the helmet, and a monotone cybornetic sounding voice begins to bellow from the helmets comm systems.
Greetings Rubi-Ka. We have been watching in the shadows. You have been asking yourself who we are, and what we stand for. Misinterrpertation and rumors have been spread. I shall now clear these misunderstanding up.
The man presses a button on his wrist device. Through the visor on his mask you can make out some light, but can't tell exactly what it is. Once again the cybernetic voice starts to talk.
The Black Sun Manifesto
Black Sun was founded Feburary 26, 29480. We abide by a code of conduct created by living in the harsh deserts of Rubi-Ka. We have no main residence and wander the planet as nomads. The orgizination was founded by Lord Belleraphon in order to wipe clean the world of Rubi-Ka, to make it pure from corruption. We fight against the following:
1.) The mining and export of notum off the planet. The mining of notum leads to the formation of cartels and clans. Until the mining process can be monitored and controlled it must cease. Pressure from the outside verse on RUbi-Ka for notum also leads to the formation of governments who listen more to the profit and loss margin then to the pleas of the people.
2.) The conflict between the rebel Clans and the hyper-corporation Omni-Tek, and the lack of any backbone from the Neutral leaders. This conflict caused by the mining and export of notum is one of the key causes we seek to stop notum mining and exportation. Omni-Tek has shown it is incapiable of controlling the planet, and even if it was, the corporation has no business on Rubi-Ka. It has done nothing but opress the people for centuries and corrupting the morals of the people. The Clans have shown they are unable to rule themselves. Their countless factions differ too much in opinion and only use each other now to get rid of a common threat. While these people show promise, they lack the abality to govern the planet after Omni-Tek leaves. If they can be united under our banner they still have a chance. The Neutrals, worst of all, do nothing but sit back and watch the planet get decimated by both of these factions. They have become nothing more then the puppets of the Clans and Omni-Tek and show little resolve in the face of these two threats. The Neutrals sell their good to each side, unwilling to take a stand and fight for their true freedom.
3.) The closure of the Shadowlands. The Shadowlands do nothing but expand on the conflict of Rubi-Ka. This gate must be closed forever, as their conflict is none of our concern.
4.) We fight against the pressure forced upon us by the outside verse. Any other corporation or faction that attemps to make their presence felt on Rubi- Ka will be met by us. We will not stand for another corrupt government arising out of the ashes and trying to take control of the planet.
We are the new faction on Rubi-Ka. We are neither Clan nor are we Omni. We are also not Neutral, and do not recognize ICC regulations of the planet. We will use all means at our disposal to make sure our goals are met. You are either with us or you are against us, there is no middle ground. It is time for the people of Rubi-Ka to rise up under our banner and rid ourselves of these corrupt governments.
The man presses the button on his wrist again and the light ends. Static once again overcomes the screen, and the figure vanishes.
