Map Navigation is the only skill that can't be reset...

ahh, i did not know that.
that ncu things, hud things and maps cannot be overequipped.
it is a very sound and valid tactic to make specific map reader and comp lit implants to get stuff on.
personally i push map reading to 130 asap then leave it alone forever. if you are not into pvp you can put in all upgrades you ever need.

well, i was hoping to be able to get some ip back, but you cannot reset it,. oh well. =(
You can OE NCUs/belts...but there isn't a real reason to. CL is useful and worth getting up anyway.
