Rubi-Ka Universal Robots would like to point out that the current problems affecting automatons of all types are due to extremely powerful solar activity, and definitely not because of a bunch of faulty power cores sold to us by an agent allegedly operating for the NLF.
Our engineers have recently discovered that these solar flares are affecting bots of all types, not just the highly reliable machines made by RUR, and since solar flares are a natural and unavoidable phenomenon, we will not be liable for anything any robots do during the period of the flares. We would advise customers not to attempt to use their robots until solar activity has returned to acceptable levels.
Rest assured, during this very trying time our engineering teams are working on various shielding systems to help keep our bots working as they should! There is a software fix being developed to help the bots cope with the effects of this phenomenon, and on the interests of keeping the Robots of Rubi-ka working correctly, we intend this solution would be available to all robots - not just those made by RUR!
Due to the cross-platforming problems with trying to encompass non-RUR robots this fix might take a little while, but testing is currently underway in our R&D department. In the mean time we hope to complete trials of the Mark III Temporary Shielding System as soon as we can get more tin foil.
