AO Universe has a Guild Database Listing that allows you to submit your guild to the list, with all the details you desire to display to players looking for a guild.

We welcome RP orgs to add their guild to the list.

Is there a function to sort the guild list by orgs that are specifically RP orgs? I couldn't find one but, if there is, it could make this thread obsolete.

Select the "Advanced Search" feature, you can narrow down what type of org you're looking for.

Some players want a 100% RP, some want partial RP orgs, the search feature allows you to narrow (or widen) your search based on your personal preferences.

Maybe you could contact the orgs listed in this thread and encourage them to register in your database. This thread doesn't require a lot of attention, but it's not like orgs can just go in and add or edit themselves either.

The only benefit to the thread is that it's located on the official AO web site so, presumably, it might have a little more exposure. Then again, it's not like this board gets a lot of action either.

The is a fairly critical benefit. No matter what, this will always be the first port of call for new players. And by and large, the list of rp orgs here is fairly current. Most of ones list still exist, it's actually quite remarkable really.

Well, originally, my name was Janella "Remarkable" McCallagher.

Admittedly, I haven't gone through the list to see which orgs are out of date or defunct in a while though. I do try to get new additions up quickly. But, on a note that is not all about me (for once), perhaps it's an indication that many of the RP orgs are pretty stable.

Is United White Knights no longer an active org? I left them up there since both members of the org have at least logged in fairly recently. But, if the org is dead, I'd rather not leave them in the list as it serves to find other players to RP with as well as for players to find RP orgs to join, not as a record or remembrance of orgs that once existed.
