It was ninjalooted. Plain and simple. The looter logged out while having loot window open, thus crashing the lootwindow into a permanent "somebody is already looting remains" cycle. Nothing magic about it.
So, it may not have been a ninja looter. Im sure most of you would find it much funnier if that were the case though, since so many people on these boards seem to get off on other peoples misery and greifing.
