At today's meeting, the Council of Truth, in a move reminiscent of the Council's original charter in 29396, finalized plans to re-open diplomatic channels with Omni-Tek by inviting Tarkhan Zora to meet with a subset of the Council Members, led by Cathern "Vixentrox" Flowers. The meeting is expected to set the stage for diplomacy between the Clans and Omni-Tek on Rubi-Ka in the coming months, and to avoid misunderstandings on both sides. While no date or venue has yet been set, Tarkhan Zora recently issued the statement that he, "...will take the earliest opportunity to meet with the Clan leadership face to face..."
Fayelure, President of 3305 Local, joined the Council Staff as the Press Release Officer, filling a vacancy left by Benjamin 'Fixerben' Bacarella. He called for clan representatives on the CoT to submit proposals for improving communication between the Council and the general Clan population.
Simon Silverstone reported on the incursion of non-clan mining facilities in the Northern, Clan-controlled areas of Rubi-Ka, calling on the clan representatives to restore the territories. Further, he expressed support for a Council-Controlled Militia, originally proposed in Jul-29479.
