At first I was not going to waste my time as your first few words speak volumes of your true meaning and intent. Such hate is counter productive.

Not ICC laws, Not Clan laws, Not Sol-Bankings laws, Not the whims or wishes of fence sitters. Laws that have been codeified and aproved by the Omni-Tek board of directors.

Unicorns are a group set up by Omni-Tek to deal with the invadeing alien force. As such they are military personal. As members of Omni-Tek Unicorns are nomaly subject to the Laws enforced by Omni-Pol. But as with most armed forces they have thier own legal system and means of enforcement. They do not fall under our jursdiction. Should an Omni-pol officer wish to charge a member of Omni-Tek military, it must be handed to his/her officer, who will then pass the charge onto Omni-AF/Legal. Who make the disision if thier is truth to the claim, or enough to warent futher investigation. Should they not act on it, Omni-Pol Directors can bring the matter before the Rubi-ka board, who can force the issue.

Omni-Pol deals with Civilian law enforcement. Meaning normal persons, not military personal. Should you have a complain about the actions of Omni-Tek military forces, abuses of power, Again by all means feel free to present your case and any information or evdance you have reguarding it.

Right on, dual standars and laws. One set of laws for OT employees and one set for the rest.

As to this alaged incadent you mention about a crashed ship, and a joint resuce team dieing? being killed? "By unknowen means"

Intresting, Exactly what was the crime? Murder? How? by what? with what? "By Unknowen means" is a little vague.

By all means, our examination of the device has been compleated.

The object in question containted enough radioactive material to resulted in a 5 kilaton explosion. Large enough to have devistated Omni-1, Trade. Killing upwards of 100,000 people - the general estimate of people liveing, working, shopping and passing through Omni-1, Trade at any one time. This number includeds both Loyal Omni-Tek personal, and so called neturals allowed to enter.

Luckly, the program started by Omni-Tek and carried on by ICC many thousands of years ago, was effective in that a few mistakes were made that would have prevented a true atomic reaction.

I know many would love to gloat, or point fingers. Sadly, many were doing that anyway, and nothing I can say would really have any effect in it. But I should at least try.

I would ask readers to rember that -

Firstly, the device met all the requirements of a nuclear device, scanners IDed it as a nuclear device. Only a minor mistake would have prevented a atomic chain reaction. The conventional explosives in the device, when detonated would have kill anyone with in 50 feet, maimed anyone with in 100, and iradiated another 3,000 feet. Still placeing it as in forbiden weapon, permit required. Class A-1 Felony. 20 years or personality rehabilation.

Secondly, A legal and peacful attempt was made to arrest the person with the device. Which again, all scanners ID as a nuclear weapon. Said person would have been assrested. Tried and if found guilty punished.

Said person and his.. friends. resisted, to the point of assult on Omni-pol officers.

what would have been a simple legal matter was turned into a small battle, that didn't need to happen if the person in question had simply complied with our legal and reconized athority.

While you might not Like us, We, Omni-Pol will do our very best to enforce the laws of Omni-Tek and protect its citizens.

Lastly as to this claim for reimbursement for a robot. Please feel free to submit a printed recipet detailing the cost of the bot to Omni-Billing. I'm sure it will recive the attation it warrents.

What operations is that? I was strolling around 10-3 when I got murdered by one of your officers for no reason whatsoever, I was standing still and not moving. Just let me remind you that I was a part of the group that rescued Phillip Ross when he crash landed out in nowhere and escorted him back to Omni-1. I a neutral, saved Phillip Ross. You really don't want me on my mean side, so Im giving you one chance you publicly apologize for Omni-Pols actions against me and my fellow neutrals before I come after you. This is not acceptable at all, if you want a war you will get one, you better stop your Gestapo manners now before it is too late.
