Patch Failed: Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match. Current file: "cd_image\gui\Default\CharPrefs.xml"
You might have to reinstall Anarchy Online to play.

Try to set default gui and problem still not gone ) What me need to do ?

then overwrite all with that one, had the problem at first myself, had to make shure client/anarchy.exe was not running when doing it

I followed those steps but the main menu buttons wont stay visible.

I adjusted mine for personal use... you can try it out should work i think.
It doesn't feature the Notum Settings window though but uses the regular one.

Just had to do the /setoption GUIName "NotumDark4" and reload menu using the action menu (ctrl+alt+f7) after copying it over

Umm... and I got the Notum settings window too
