I've read some reference to static missions (aka quests) in the game.

Dodga Armor is one and something from the Party Time Mixer in Newland City is another. How do people find out about them?

Are there any references out there about what static missions are out there and how to get them started? I'm not looking for full spoilers, just a pointer in the right direction.
