    Question GA4 vs full combined sharpshooter in level 220 pvp

    If a level 220 GA4 fixer fights a level 220 full combined sharpshooter fixer without exteranl help who is more likely to win?

    Id say the SS wearer.. my 220 test char has GA4 and is definately not "better" for putting on the smurf suit. So she wears real armour, sws 10 etc

    I guess real test is two identical characters identical setup except for the ga4/ss... although the ss wearer can wear a heck of alot of other items that add damage etc that the GA wearer cant

    i doubt a 220 ga fixer can do any real damage in pvp. Might be hard to kill for some tho.

    Basically it's GA 4 vs. CSS * 7 + SWS 10 + Defensive Stance 10.

    GA4 has an advantage of 1k add all def, normal armor config has the advantage of at least 60 evades, more HP (all those HP buffing items), more NR, 80% crit resistance, higher crit scope (more ranged init with CSS).

    Considering both runs down to an AS war, I'd guess the additional boni of CSS+DS+SWS will make the day for the non-GA fixer.

    it´s all about the hp, and as in that duel. armor fixer got more as skill, ga fixer got less hp. if one of them dont got as, he´s screwed anyway.

    and.....fixer do alot of perk damage, so the one with mr wins :>

    i dunno, SS does not add to HP. it's more PvM armor. GAIV sux tho. I bet SS is better.

    Well they couldn't ever hit each other, so who knows =).

    And it was a wussy AS war, it would be whoever could hit O first 3 times.

    You ain't landing perks on a 220 fixer, MR or not. Good luck gettin over 4.8k AR with MR up.

    Anyways, GA4 one would lose fast because they would have 315 less attack rating from no SS armor, 20 less from no GoC's, and if you can't use an offense ring with GA4 (dunno if they changed that), 28. the SS fixer can get the same evades using defensive stance running and acrobat (800+300+1000=2100) and actually would have more because of GoC's on shoulders. They would have 210 less aimed shot skill too. They also have 60 less duck exp and dodge ranged, which means the likelihood of landing regular hits on GA4 is more than if they were using regular armor, and the duck exp does affect AS damage from a onehander.

    No crit decrease from defensive stance also means you are going to cap AS on that GA4 fixer non stop.

    AS wars could be interesting. With damage is capped in PvP at 40%, the GA fixer has fewer HP to lose on each AS, and they are still being healed for the same amount as the CSS fixer (via hots/perks/stims). Having lower base HP may make it easier for the opponent to hit a max AS, but fixers are hardly HP machines even in full armour.

    The 210 extra AS from the SS will give the SS fixer a better chance of landing the nice AS's as well.

    My money is on the Combined SS.

    What you folks don't understand is that even though cap AS's do make a difference, cap AS's aren't consistent on fixers with defensive stance and 80 critdecrease running. The GA4 fixer is relying solely on his AS to have a lucky multiplier because his target is uncrittable. The SS fixer is able to use both his crit increase and his AS skill/multiplier against his opponent because his opponent is crittable. And either way, onehanders do not 40% cap consistently. What makes the real difference in fixer fights IMO is how many normal hits/flings/bursts land ontop of the AS's, anyone who believes AS is the only thing that lands needs to get in the ring with another fixer.

    SS fixer = more evades, def, AR, AC, crit resist

    GA4 = less evades, less def, less AR, less AC, no crit resist.

    Not that hard, folks.

    I was just reading on the agent forum, where he said he had 2611 AR self. I'm assuming he has AR towers up? I have 2221 self w/o glory runing, and I was just curious about whether the 4 levels and AR towers will give the 400 extra AR.
