    Talking How's this for an EULA?

    It's not often getting downloads of sample software reduces me to howls of hysterical laughter.

    The link points to the EULA page for the download of Oracle's 9i database software:

    Obviously, if I were a Libyan terrorist hell bent on the construction of nuclear devices this would stop me in my tracks........

    (OTOH - this may be Mr. Ellison's idea of a joke - certainly the fact that some lawyer got paid for producing it is.)

    but we can not create any nuclear bombs now as that would be against the Oracle(tm) eula.

    What's sad is that we live in a world where a company feels it has to go to such extreme lengths to avoid lawsuits.
