I only do PvM combat, but I've noticed there's serious problems.

1) Minimum damage. Mobs tend to have a really high min damage level, especially compared to players. At level 40, mobs have min damage 30. I have min damage 5.

2) Monster nanos. Why is it that mobs seem to have nanos far above your level? Healing, damage and reflect shields, etc. All of them seem to be above the players level.

3) Knee-jerk nerfing has really screwed a lot of players. Funcom, you need to sit down, and test every single weapon. You need to balance every single weapon. You need to stop making these small changes here and there. That's really frustrating. I think I see what you're trying to do, making heavy weapons good against high AC, and light weapons good against low AC. It doesn't work now though.
4) Fix evades and parry. These skills are almost pointless to increase if you plan to only fight mobs. I want to see some results from these skills, but mobs still hit me every single time for the same damage, even when parrying is active!
