URL to a *good* Ao tool?

Well Once I had this AO program where you could calculate the max skills for all professions at all lvl and also MA dmg... I wonder does anyone have the url to that?

Could someone explain to me how to see other levels than 1 and 200 ?

The user interface is somewhat diffrent

Short summary of what I found out:

To change a value withing <min> - <cap> (for your question 1 - 200), just point on the value, hold down the left mouse button, and drag the mouse left and right. That shoudl change the value.

You've probably found the max abilites menu item.

To simulate a buff, you just do the same as above, but hold down the right mousebutton. Text changes to red, and there is nice status text at the bottom stating how much of a buff you've placed.

I also liked the implant section. Combined with nanonanny, you could spend more time with that tool, that you do ingame
