What other ways other than buffs and armor are there to raise stamina that can fit in your hands.

Concrete Cushions, they each add 8 but I am not sure if you can still duel weild them. I had a gun somewhere that I think raised stamina by 12, I'll look for it but can't remember if I sold it or not.

You can use a gun called an MTI aleph. They are sold in superior shops. Uses mg/smg and burst.
