Superman would win. Why? Batman is ultimately human. The only thing he has on his side is desire, but so does Superman.

On top of that Superman has super powers, Batman has a few toys he made?

I mean
superman is invurnable, superfast, superstrong and can fly

Well, the screenplay is being written by the same guy that wrote Seven, Andrew Kevin Walker, is his name. It's being directed by Wolfgang Peterson. I think it's going to be pretty sweet.

Well, they are not going to fight each other for real, most of their conflict comes from the way they do things. Batman follows the darker side, vengance and death, while Superman follows the more morally acceptable route of doing whats right and remaining an upstanding citizen...that is where the conflict is going to come from. Check out the link, it sounds pretty decent.

yes but if you read wolverine comics he isnt just a beast : ) he was trained in martial arts and has super senses and all that. he can heal and has unbreakable bones and im sure his claws could ripp through the bats suit : )

Actualy anyone who reads JLA knows batman took em all. stole wonderwomans bracers. shot superman with a krypto bullet. (in a place where he wouldnt die of course). In fact Its a known fact Batman cheats. In the cross over where he fought the Hulk he found the only weak spot on the whole hulks body and knocked him out. Bah. Batman wins hands down.
