Since the emergency patch was installed this weekend past, AO now crashes consistently. I've sent bug reports to tech, but so far I've only managed to irritate them - no word of help or assistance so far.
What I want to know is, has anyone tried to lodge formal complaints to FC and if so, what is the contact email? I've tried asking on the feedback pages and so far been ignored.
Other than inform the media, I don't know what else to do but this is getting ridiculous now and I'm still getting zero satisfaction from FC (no surprise, I'm led to believe).
If this is in the wrong place, please direct me to the correct board, but I figured people like me who are in similar situations would congregate here.
