Kind of an odd title, but don't know any other way to put it. Just some brief outlines...

A lot of missions centre around the fact there is a presence in a given city or location of the opposing forces. So I'd like to suggest that we see missions become available where we have to infiltrate and set up safe houses and so forth.

These types of missions offer a chance to establish a real presence in opposition territory instead of merely mission generated ones. There are a multitude of pros and cons to this option, involving all classes.

As an ongoing mission/quest type idea, setting up these safe houses means the need for agents and fixers for their stealth and dodgy dealing initiatives, engineers and whatever else. The longer the safe house is maintained, the greater the benefits, but the more chance of discovery.

It also offers a jump point to areas further afield not normally accessed to those without a Yalm.

2.

After visiting Home, I was struck by the idea of being able to access the rooftops especially in regard to the previous idea above. Being able to access flat earth unless in possession of a Yalm is squandering the available playing area open to us.

Omni-1 is ripe for multi-level buildings, some only accessible to Yalms, and come to think of it, why isn't there a location only accessible by water or air? Cities in the sky....???
