NPCs that sell items...

I used to go to the NPC near 2HO to get BBIs for my Adventurer, and I just went there w/ my doc to look for more BBIs for a friend in my guild. She didn't have any BBIs at all, and she used to keep at least 6 in stock.

Anyway, that made me wonder what other NPCs are out there and I'd like to start this thread asking for ideas and places to find various NPCs that sell rare or useful items. Not the NPCs near the cities and town but the ones where it takes a while to get there and they carry various items.

So, I can start with this one...

OT Specialist Tradesman
Located at 1075 x 1075 in Stret East Bank
Easiest way to get there is to Whompa to 2HO and go SSE out of city. Takes about 5 mins at 300 runspeed.

She sells various items including NCU, Implants, Clothing, Weapons, and much more... One of the weapons is a Schuyler Bow of different QL, about 7 of those.

I believe on the last patch the OT Buff Specialist had some items removed (the BBI's being one of them) which were originally only meant to be in the "Trader Only" terminals.

Don't really know of any others at the moment, but I haven't been looking either

Well, Eddie at Last Ditch in SWB has a ecclectic mix of stuff, including treatment and nano kits at odd QLs.

Well theres good ole' Stolt Johnsenburger (or whatever his name is) out in Newland desert (now with his shiney new whompa).

Cheapest/lowest QL Mids I've ever seen (damn my secrets out now)

Obviously a 'country specific' joke (wanna explain it?).

Whompa from Newland (did I not mention that already?) never tried to kill him (come on play nice!) but hes been red to all my characters (up to level 50) there used to be a guard with him as well but I havent been there since 14.4 (when he got the whompa) so it may have changed now
