Odd occurance

Well tonight I got a call in from my fellow minister she was in rhompa bar talking to one of those mysterious fellows from that mystical orginization calld arc.

well when I got there he was talking to Minister zitthka an then I got into the conversation.

It struck me odd this fellow by the name visions. Well call him Mr. Visions out of respect was out of touch with the world of Rubi Ka unusual for a person in arc but he was. He also said he was the director of entertainment at baboons.

I was curious has anyone else ever run into him? Anyone else know there was a director of entertainment in baboons?

There was also somthing else strange he was MILITANTLY anti clan.
An he kept fidigiting around like he was being hunted down or was running from someone. Well I thought I would pass this lil incedent allong to the comunity.
Maybe someone smarter then I can tell me or theorize about him.

Heck never known maybe there is a rogue arc running loose.

Mr. Wytre, or Visions as you call him, has been away from Rubi-ka and has recently returned. I have been off-and-on in contact with him since March or so. Very nice man, I wouldn't call him strange at all. Also, he is not a member of ARK, he is employed by Omni-tek, which explains why he hates clanners. There's a war going on you know.

He was wearing a green name tag of ark? an when i did a scan it said ark? An ark that is not an ark?

Just because he has a green name tag doesnt mean he is part of the neutral organization ARK. I'm sure if you checked his faction records when you saw him, you would see he is employed by Omni-tek.
