The City of Home??

Hello all
This is a city that my characters (and many many others) spend almost 80% of their time in, yet NOWHERE is anything ever mentioned about the story of this city.
It appears that it is governed by some religous sect of some kind but nowhere does it say who they are or where they stand.

Anyone know anything about this place?

Well, if there is nothing about it in the timeline (last updated around february) I doubt you are ever going to find anything out. The story is 1/4 over now and at the pace it has "progressed" (if you can call it that), by the time that anyone learns anything about the places in RK unfortunatly, the game will either be long gone or you will be very very old... So just go level like everyone else and forget about and "history/story" because

Are there no talkable NPCs anywhere around the city? They usually provide some key details of the city or outpost if they are around.

The evil sect worships an ancient god called Funcom, their primary goal is too keep the population of Rubi-Ka inside missions all day so that they wont notice the lack of storyline in the outside world.
They also pester the population with insane lag, just for fun

(Would be cool if someone knew what they realy are though)
