implant creation question

I am going to create implants... I know how to do it, but I don't know what skill is used for what. I am using anti-guardians and when I complete my implant chart anti-guardians tells me that I need treatment and nano-prog.

This is what I figure.
The treatment is used for placing the implants.

The Nano-prog is used to place clusters in the implant.

I just want to varify if this is correct.
If so it can anyone create and place the implant for me? I will pay the fee, ofcourse.

Yep, correct. Each implant will also have a skill associated with it, such as Int or Sense.

Depending on the level of the implants, you'll find varying success in locating a builder Checking the shopping channels. Or if it requires less than 400, give me a tell
