Electro unique spawn bugged?

electro unique has not spawned in the past 2 hours on RK2.
is this normal or have they broken/nerfed something again?

Same thing with TK. He hasn't popped up today. I think the spawn is borked.

Some exploit with the quest. Instead of disabling the whole quest this time they just lowered the spawn rate, so that less people can exploit

...that's Funcom for you. A agent buddy of mine that did it said that Dodga disappears again too.

Not really
They forgot to remove the despawn on Dodga/Alvin & lowered spawn rate of the bots from the build they used to make the 14.4 patch.
So they are keeping Dodga/Alvin despawning until that is fixed to lower the camping on the bots themselvs

I heard that TK is now a random spawn in Athenshire
and you have to go looking for him now.

Can anyone else confirm this ?
