Pills and hacked NF's

instead of allowing PC's to hack NF's, perhaps allow players (docs most likely) to build pills that allow us to use those progs. I know these are already in game , but make them more available and allow them to be made.

also, perhaps the hacked nanocrystals can only be used to make pills/nanofingers/sybiografts, this would allow the proliferation of non profession unique nano's. now I understand this could cause balance problems, but with a few controls i think this could become a very fun feature in AO.
