Have you tried generating a mission with Clicksaver?
yea I have...not seen them there yet...and I was generateing them for along time....
all I want is a hint to where they can be found...someone said team missions been doing those all day with no luck

I'm guessing that they are not for players.
Seeing the gift to promising OT citizens part and the fact that the only time I've ever seen them was in the hands of funcom people on official business (A.K.A GMs & Cosmik)
Ive seen one of them drop from a boss in a team mission, so perhaps they are boss loot only.
maby...but I spent a whole day doing team missions and found none if there team mission only there ultra rare
