Debuss to be nerfed? Cosmik official response please :)

If in Pvp I cast a init debuff I am presented with a message along the lines of "This target needs to be an NPC" or something similar. However it still gets through.

Now what I want to know is, is this a message ready for a implementation of it. Or has it been progammaed badly and already suppose to not work on PCs ?

Anyone else noticing this "effect"?

Also note this not purely a doc thing, when I cast the lull-wrath style of nano as a MP I was presented with the same message.

Don't be so hopeful. A response will be about 3 patches after the patch it was introduced in. (duh)
