A change to the petition tool was made today that we feel will significantly improve the service you get when entering a petition. If you have petitioned, your petition will no longer timeout after 4 hours, regardless of whether you are online or not. Now, timeout is only done after a character is offline, and has been offline for 20 minutes - no onlines will ever time out! You will always be met by an ARK or a GM, ready to aid you, whilst you are online.
We will continue to evaluate this, but we look forward to providing you with the added service we have to offer from this change.
