There is not always the shirt in the loot.

Zulwada spawn every 18h so the best moment to kill him is just after a restart of the serveur

Also, do your best to go with a team lvl 150+. he is ultra camped by all the high lvl players/guilds. You need to be able to out damage alot of heavy hitters.
