I suppose you mean from one of YOUR chars to another of YOUR chars?

From what I know, you can't.
Apart of dropping items on the floor and logging again with your other char at the same place, but that's a bit risky, because the items may disappear...

yes i mean both my chars and you cant do that anymore after they put in the "you cant pick up other ppls stuff thing"

guess its just another one of the endless bugs

Being unable to pick up other people's stuff seems like a bug, but it was put in intentionally. People were coming up with very creative ways to trade NoDrop items. This was something FunCom put in to try to fix a couple exploits.
