I suggest having a command to turn on LFT (Looking for Team) to inform everybody that this person is looking for team to do missions or hunting.
If someone use /list lft 10 20, it should show anybody whos looking for team within level range of 10 and 20.
This should make easy to search for players who want to look for a team.
Just for little kick, when someone wants to look for a certern group, they can put a message like /lfg want to do a missions with docs. When other player uses /list lft ## , they can see what this player wants in a team or perfer what to do with a team.
