begging for buffs:
constantly do /strong1-4 infront of a profession, they should eventually get that ur asking for a buff, and spam your NCU with buffs. /prostrate once the needed buff is accomplised
teaming:
of course, unless you run around every single spot in adonis its nearly impossible to get a team. havent done this yet but id jump around infront of people doing /prostrate or move sideways left to right constantly
