Growing/Shrinking Bracer bug still there

I was kinda hoping 14.2 would fix this. It's still there though. Cmon, those bracers are worthless until this is fixed!

Even the "dwarf when getting out of jet" bug is still there, kinda depressing, it _can't_ be that hard to fix the size problem!

What's the math on wearing two bracers?

Example: you have one bracer that is 102% and one that is 103%.

Multiplied:
Are they multiplied where the first makes you bigger by it's % then the next makes your biggness that much more. 102% x 103% = 106%


Or

Added:
Are they added where 102% + 103%= 105%
