New weapon...

I was thinking of using a combo Byom Blade + Black Pete...but someone told me the Black Pete might be like the Gutting Hook and only come in a small range of ql's...is this true or will there be a ql200 Black Pete available ingame?

I know a ql200 is listed in the database but a ql200 gutting hook is too...and you cant find any higher than ql150 ingame. Someone has to know cmon dammit!
