Hehe, I had gotten all 8 items needed and tried to see if the thing was working. Well I'm down 8 rare items and still need to complete the quest. What a bastard

Over on the Test Server forum they say that the Dodga/Alvin Quest is working again. All three steps, in fact.
Is the 3 steps like, Talk to dogma, Get/assemble items/ get shpulder pad??? or is getting the shoulder pad only the first step?
