Disarm the trap in the container with a Bomb Disarm tool (and appropriate skill. Find a fixer to help if need be)
Hack open the folder using a Hacking tool, presumably using B&E.
Scratch your head and wonder how to get past the next stage, and also wonder if it is even possible at the moment

third step isn't in game yet. (i petitioned,...... got an ARK that blew a bunch a smoke up my @$$,...... requested GM, ARK ignored........ -Repetition.... rinse repeat) GM didn't confirm or deny the problem with the third step.
i started an alt on TEST, to see if i could figure something out... nothing so far.
