If it was up to me, the first and last thing this devilish Nevver would see, would be me training my Nanobots on her contemptuous graffiti and a big gunbarrel, held by a member of the Royal Atrox Guard, pointing at her head. After that, the only thing she would see is the glimmer of her being resurrected somewhere deep inside actual Omni-Tek territory.

I see it as a sign of weakness that you are trying to expand the Omni Empire by taking over Neutral cities. I suppose conquering Clan cities would be too much of a challenge for you.

There is a long history of Omni taking over Neutral cities and pushing Neutral people out. Newland City and 20K are examples. Newland City used to be a vibrant Neutral city but I never see any Neutral people there anymore.

Borealis is THE LAST truely Neutral city. Stop oppressing the Neutral poplulation!

The only people pushed out of Newland City were Clanners, Szentasha, and that was at the request of the Neutrals.

I don't see a problem with 20K; it's still a Neutral City. Just because a lot of Omnis frequent 20K, that doesn't mean it's been taken over but that it's economy has been stimulated by Omni buying power.

Not only that, but Milo Chatter (whom control of 20K essentially falls under) was aided by Omni-Tek when he wished to establish 20K.

Omni-Tek supported Milo, and still supports 20K. It's not under Mr. Ross' thumb, though I'm sure the clanners would like to think otherwise.
