Clon**** -- (OTPC) -- The Infinite Circle. A group of organizations working toward a common goal: a method to mine notum safer, cheaper, and with less damage to the environment. How they plan to do this is not yet public knowledge, but it is known that this project will impact notum mining to the benefit of Omni-Tek.

The members of the Infinite Circle include the Organization Omni-Mining, the founding member, and the later additions of Rubi-Ka Universal Robots (also known as R.U.R), Vector Blue, Omni-Intern Ops Division 3, Division 9 RSGE, and Obsoleet all of whom are proud to carry the [IC] marking of Infinite Circle in their names. Omni-Mining is leading the project, and act as the spokespeople for Infinite Circle. Rubi-Ka Universal Robots assists in this endeavor by providing specially made tools and technical expertise to the project. Vector Blue is the computer security and informational gathering specialists. The Omni-InternOps Division 3 primarily provide political and military intelligence. Obsoleet provides the man power and combat expertise to defend the project’s facilities if needed. Obsoleet also helps Vector Blue and Omni-InternOps deal with inside leaks. Division 9 RSGE is the developer of the project.

Standing in opposition to the Infinite Circle project is The Nanomage Liberation Front. A General, Nohva, stepped up to deliver a threat to those who research ways to slow the depletion of notum. He said he would destroy "The notum cannons and your mining facilities" that Infinite Circle uses to develop this project. The Nanomage Liberation Front claims that if they don’t destroy the facilities and cannons, the nanomages will die when the notum levels reach a certain point. They also claim to do this to protect the planet, even though the project Infinite Circle is working on would lower environmental damage as well as slowing the rate of notum depletion.

Even while these employees work to make Omni-Tek more profitable, safer, and more environmentally sound, The Nanomage Liberation Front stands against them. Infinite Circle need your support to make their project a success.

Ah, The Nanomage Liberation Front. Like a mother, Omni-Tek gave birth to you. Like a father, Omni-Tek looked after you.

I only wish, like an older brother, Omni-Tek would just kick you in the patootie.

Director Moscardelli, the departments of The Infinite Circle, I look forward to futher relevations.

Some noob with a plan to

Even though this is clear OT propaganda, I thought the people of Rubi-Ka deserve to hear a response to these wild allegations.

The NLF is fully aware of IC's efforts to "reduce the need" of Notum Mining. In all actuality this project is only directed toward one goal: Making more credits from less work. Stripmining most probably will never cease on its own, since it's still the only way to gather Notum in any "efficient" way, and will probably remain the only way.

Our troops have gathered a large quantity of information concerning the attempts of mining corporations to decrease the rate of Notum Depletion, but the only way to protect the lives of the Nanomage people is to stop mining alltogether and to make sure the ARK continue to develop their Notum Replenishment techniques.

As for attacking your bases and Notum Export Cannons, you should know better than to put your research in the same basket with your business venture locations. In war, collateral damage to non-targets are unavoidable. Most of us do not trust Omni-Tek in any capacity, and as such are positioned to destroy anything everything in their paths, including research and development material. If you wish to save this material, publish it for all the world, indeed the universe to see, and let them make their jugdement.

I (unofficially) invite IC to begin talks with the NLF. We do not wish to be branded as terrorists, as we are merely concerned citizens of this planet who wish to live in peace and prosperity. As such citizens, we feel it is our duty to defend ourselves thru action, even if that action is perceived as terrorism.

As a personal response to the ramblings of Praetor Ramses, the Nanomage people are the children of The Mother, Our Home, Rubi-Ka, not any product of any company, even if you did assist our full appearance to this planet. I also believe that your swift "brotherly" kicks have already been dealt, and these kicks have been the very spark of life that has brought the NLF to rebel against your selfish actions that hurt our True Mother.

( entire log reproduced here in case anyone wishes to read it ))

21:31: Swiftmind shouts: Ok I will be starting
    21:31: Swiftmind looks around
21:31: Winathua shrinks into a smaller shadow
21:31: Swiftmind: Greetings all those who have came
    21:31: Unole smiles
21:31: Dreadkeeper protects Nirini with his life
21:31: Swiftmind: This indeed pleases me that so many are interested in our efforts.
21:32: Swiftmind: I will being with my speech.
21:32: Swiftmind: Ever since Omni-Tek was founded many great centuries ago, it has always held scientific research as a very important part of the corporation.
21:32: Swiftmind: The technologies gained from such research keeps Omni-Tek as the dominant force in this universe.
21:32: Yohon eats a pickled chirop egg
21:32: Swiftmind: The ingenious Omni-Tek scientists have made the greatest discoveries of human history.
21:32: Swiftmind: Today we look to continue that stride of greatness.
    21:32: Coszmik nods
21:33: Swiftmind: We proudly stand here today because of the successes we have shared with each other over the past six months.
21:33: Swiftmind: For almost two years, my scientific researchers in Omni-Mining have been working on an amazing project.
21:33: Swiftmind: This project, if successful, would open up vast benefits to Omni-Tek as a whole.
21:33: Swiftmind: We were successful for the most part, but the rate of success was slow.
21:33: Swiftmind: After a year it became clear that we needed more help.
21:33: Swiftmind: After consulting with important officials in Omni-Tek Rubi-Ka I was given approval and orders to open up my research efforts to outside groups.
21:34: Swiftmind: Thus the research project Infinite Circle was founded.
21:34: Swiftmind: The project brought together the talents and abilities of Rubi-Ka Universal Robots, Vector Blue and Omni-InternOps Division 3 to aid in the project's goal.
21:34: Swiftmind: In the time period of six months, additions to our staff were made.
21:34: Swiftmind: The respectable organizations Division 9 RSGE and Obsoleet were added to our ranks.
21:34: Swiftmind: The combined effort of these groups ensures a complete success in the overall goal of Infinite Circle.
21:34: Swiftmind: These groups also provide complete security to all of our efforts and employees so that none of our research falls into the wrong hands.
21:35: Starscope shouts: Mind your tounge
21:35: Swiftmind: Today marks Infinite Circle as six months old.
    21:35: Kithseer: Thank Unole!
21:35: Swiftmind: I will be submitting a report to the Omni-Tek Board of Directors on the results of our first six months.
21:35: Swiftmind: We see this as an opportune moment to speak with the public about who and what we are as a group.
21:35: Whispe tightens her grip on her rifle
21:35: Swiftmind: Infinite Circle was a secret research project but now we feel we can let the public know of Omni-Tek's continued devotion to science and technology.
    21:35: Coszmik sighs
21:35: Swiftmind looks at the new crowd
21:35: Swiftmind: Infinite Circle is a very important scientific research project.
21:35: Coszmik: Oh, here we go. The freaks are here.
21:35: Dreadkeeper becomes more tense as he expects more action than people expect
21:35: Swiftmind: What we are researching and our overall goal is still confidential and we will not be able to answer any questions regarding these topics.
21:36: Demenzia simply flicks a glance at the newcomers
21:36: Swiftmind: I must state that the nature of what is being researched is not a weapon in anyway.
21:36: Swiftmind: It does not have any hostile intentions.
21:36: Yohon chases a juicy looking bug
21:36: Swiftmind: I hope these two statements will clear up any domination theories that some like to create.
21:36: Swiftmind: What I can say is that if Infinite Circle is a success it will help Omni-Tek maintain its position of economic leadership among the ICC corporations for the decades to come.
21:36: Swiftmind: This research will greatly help Omni-Tek and perhaps Rubi-Ka as a whole.
21:36: Swiftmind: I am pleased to say that after our first six months, we are still very much on budget and on plan.
21:37: Swiftmind: We could have not hoped for a better, smoother start to this large and extensive project.
21:37: Swiftmind: It may be years before we see a complete success in our overall goal, but that does not hinder our spirits.
21:37: Swiftmind: With the staff we have I know we will reach our ambitious goal one day.
21:37: Swiftmind: Now before anyone can ask questions, we will hear from the other leaders and representatives of the different organizations working in project Infinite Circle.
21:37: Swiftmind: They will speak of there organization's role in Infinite Circle.
21:37: Swiftmind: First we will hear from Charissa "Dabblez" Jurik, the Director of Rubi-Ka Universal Robots.
    21:37: Swiftmind looks to Dabblez
21:38: Dabblez: Hi, I am Dabblez from Rubi-Ka Universal Robot.
21:38: Dabblez: I really just want to say that is great honour for our little company to be part of such a prestigious and ambitious research project such as Infinite Circle and promise we will do are darnedest to provide the project with the finest, most advanced computer and robotic systems.
21:38: Dabblez: Now, I know what you are thinking.
21:39: Dabblez: The Token Board system we were developing for the neutrals ended up in cyborg hands.
21:39: Dabblez: And our unsuccessful bid for the NGI contract cost us an arm and a leg.
    21:39: Jamior: NGI?
    21:39: Dabblez: Neutral Gaurd Inituavite
21:40: Dabblez: teh contract that went to HJAME, sir
21:40: Dabblez: But like they say, third time is a charm, right?
    21:40: Miremeld smiles
21:40: Dabblez: Anyway, we are thrilled to be here, thank you all, God bless.
    21:40: Noholdsbarre clapps
21:40: Swiftmind: Thank you Director Jurik
    21:40: Oston clapps
    21:40: Deathboy14 clapps
    21:40: Miremeld clapps
21:40: Togukawa remains impassive in the ground, his rifle barrel pointed downward
21:40: Swiftmind: Next we have Director Markarian of Vector Blue.
21:41: Demenzia gives a slight nod to Swiftmind, then turns ack to the crowd
    21:41: Demenzia: Citizens of Rubi-Ka,
21:41: Demenzia: After tha presentation made by Ms Moscardelli, and tha words spoken by Ms Jurik, ya may wonder why I'm taking tha scene now, and why Vector Blue has been involved,f rom tha start, in project Infinite Circle
21:41: Demenzia: Tha answer is simple.
21:42: Demenzia: We keep our eyes on what nobody usually looks at - on tha infrastructure and informatic links any project of this magnitude is demanded to have.
21:42: Demenzia: We keep our eyes on tha daily flow of news, words, transmissions and relations. We maintain and administrate tha internal communications network that Infinite CIrcle requires
21:42: Demenzia: We secure all project data, whatever they are. We keep tha firewalls raised, our eyes and ears open, and our networks under a tight control.
21:42: Demenzia: We keep watch fer anything that'd cause a disturbance in tha progression of Infinite Circle's research...
21:43: Demenzia: ...and we're ready ta neutralize said disturbances at tha slightest alert. Tha means dun't matter; only tha result does.
21:43: Demenzia smiles casually, though a slight feeling of threat can be sensed as she speaks her following words
21:43: Demenzia: Does it seem an easy task? Perhaps.
21:43: Demenzia: Is it an easy task? Certainly not.
21:43: Demenzia: Are some of ya thinking now of waving our defences away with a flick of tha hand, break through tha results of our research, or perhaps even consider making a use of our people to get tha info?
    21:44: Demenzia: In yer dreams.
21:44: Demenzia: Vector Blue's involvment is not of those ya can get rid of easily.
21:44: Demenzia: Our involvment... is rooted at tha core of tha project itself, and we'll carry on tha duty to protect it and ensure its security no matter what.
21:44: Demenzia quietly lets her gaze wander on the crowd for a few seconds
21:44: Demenzia: We ain't only lookin' toward tha future here.
21:44: Demenzia: We're also walkin' with it.
21:44: Demenzia gives a short nod again, indicating that she's done
21:45: Swiftmind: Thank you Director Markarian.
21:45: Swiftmind: Next we have General Age of Omni-InternOps Division 3.
21:45: Ammicus clears his throat quietly and scans the crowd
    21:45: Ammicus: Loyal Omni-Tek Employees....
21:45: Ammicus smiles at the crowd
21:45: Ammicus: ...and of course, loyal Notum Dependents.
21:46: Ammicus smirks at the crowd of NLF members.
    21:46: Coszmik smirks
21:46: Togukawa: looks upward, his rifle barrel still pointed downward
    21:46: Dreadkeeper points at
    21:46: Cevelze shakes his head..
21:46: Ammicus: First and foremost, I wish to personally thank you all for joining us here for this announbcement.
21:46: Ammicus: While I realize that it is somewhat vague, this is by necessity.
21:47: Ammicus: There are many that would seek to sabotage Omni-Tek Corporation of Rubi-Ka from both within and without; there are also those that actively attempt to do so.
21:47: Ammicus glances once again at the NLF members
    21:47: Starscope rolls eyes
    21:48: Yohon digs for grubs
21:48: Ammicus: However, while we have succeeded somewhat in keeping the secrecy of this project to date, there is an old saying, that "if more than one person knows, it's no longer a secret".
21:48: Ammicus: Director Moscardelli has already briefed you on the nature of the Project; Director Markarian on the security.
21:49: Ammicus: What I feel is a very important aspect of this entire group is the level of co-operation among departments, something that Rubi-Ka has not seen since the days of OTSEC.
21:49: Togukawa speaks softly into his lapel radio
    21:49: Mirkle yawns
21:49: Ammicus: And while we are certainly no OTSEC, we do stand together. Not only to see this through, but to see the continued prosperity of the corporate entity to which we owe our allegiance.
21:50: Ammicus: Omni-InternOps is at the heart of that latter principle. We primarily provide political and military intelligence, sharing these tasks to varying degrees with Vector Blue, Division 9 RSGE and Obsoleet.
21:50: Ammicus: Now, you may wonder, why all the security?
21:51: Ammicus glances to the NLF and smirks
21:51: Yohon apologizes for the superbowl halftime show
21:51: Ammicus: I think that should be quite obvious.
21:51: Cevelze scans the NLF crowd for a moment, then turns his attention back to the speaker.
    21:51: Nohva galres at Ammicus
21:51: Dreadkeeper throws a rock at Yohon for disruption Press Conference
    21:51: Starscope bites his teeth
21:51: Warhammer22 as security scans the crowd.
21:51: Ammicus: Once again, thank you all for coming, and please join me in wishing this Project all the success due.
    21:51: Ammicus: Thank you.
    21:51: Ammicus bows
21:52: Swiftmind: Ah thank you General Age.
    21:52: Warhammer22 claps
    21:52: Deathboy14 claps
    21:52: Razorva claps
    21:52: Miremeld claps
21:52: Yohon checks his hearing aide
    21:52: Thunderbolts claps
    21:52: Noholdsbarre shouts yay
Dabblez - Rubi-Ka Universal Robots (RUR)

21:52: Swiftmind: Next, we have Advisor Niss of Obsoleet.
    21:52: Zidox claps
    21:52: Dreadkeeper claps
    21:52: Arimathea: Greetings everyone!
21:52: Arimathea: When Obsoleet first materialized as a group, several months ago, we said very clearly that we came together "with a desire for change."
    21:52: Zicho claps
21:52: Arimathea: As individuals, if we stagnate in our personal development we will find that others will overtake us in this naturally competitive environment.
21:52: Arimathea: That mustn't happen. As a corporation, Omni-tek also must continue to be innovative, which is why Omni-tek, Infinite Circle, and ultimately Obsoleet all share a common goal.
21:53: Arimathea: We aren't scientists, and we aren't experts.
21:53: Arimathea: However we are trained in combat, and we continue to improve ourselves, to protect not only the family that Obsoleet has become, but also the Infinite Circle project and ultimately Omni-tek's interests.
21:53: Arimathea: Those interests filter back down to us. That is the Circle, for Obsoleet. This is the way that this project becomes as important to us as our own families, and we will fight to our own deaths protecting the valuable research that is taking place.
21:53: Arimathea: It is an unfortunate fact of life that there are human beings who wish to be detrimental to the progress of Omni-tek's economic security.
21:53: Arimathea: We're here to take care of those unfortunate facts.
21:53: Arimathea: On the other end of every bit of data, every transmission, and every connection to the Grid, there's another human being.
21:53: Arimathea: You could say, Obsoleet steps in somewhere after the tech leaves off and the physical begins.
21:53: Warhammer22 eyes NFL and murmurs something into his earpeice
    21:54: Starscope coughs
    21:54: Arimathea: Thank you.
21:54: Swiftmind: Thank you Advisor Niss.
    21:54: Razorva claps
21:54: Dreadkeeper spots a su****ious looking NLF and writes something on peice of paper
    21:54: Miremeld claps
    21:54: Deathboy14 claps
21:54: Swiftmind: Last but not least we have President Baptist of Division 9 RSGE.
    21:54: Zidox claps
21:54: Devlen holds a finger to an ear reciver communications device. Then scans the crowed with a gruff expression.
    21:54: Mymir: Thank you.
21:55: Thunderbolts moves to the open to make himself visible to the crowd
21:55: Mymir: Cna everyone hear me?
21:55: Togukawa glances sideways at the NLF folks, his rifle barrel moving fractionally in that direction..but still pointed downward
    21:55: Mirkle yawns again
    21:55: Dreadkeeper doesn't trust NLF
    21:55: Mirkle: Bl'ody'ell..
21:55: Mymir: First off. Nice to see a lot of you here.
21:55: Starscope doesn't trust any Omni
21:55: Mymir: Most of you I dont know. But that is ok.
21:55: Mymir: Most of you dont know me as well
21:56: Dreadkeeper presses a button on watch and makes a soft hum
21:56: Zidox now begins to eye the NLF cautiously
21:56: Mymir: Six months ago I was elected to the Presidency of the Division.
21:56: Dreadkeeper steps out of the area at the site of alot of NLF movement
21:56: Mymir: At that time, we were waht you would call a HArd-core Military Org.
21:56: Mymir: A lot has changed. And so have we.
21:57: Mymir: We decided to make a change for the better.
21:57: Mymir: Instead of protecting Omni-Tek from outsiders. We agreed to help those that asked it of us.
    21:57: Zidox equips his weapon
21:58: Mymir: Div9 changed. for the better.
21:58: Mymir: Old griveances were forgotten.
21:58: Winathua prepares to protect his Director
21:58: Mymir: And new friendships were made.
21:58: Thunderbolts walks around the crowd to show the presents of security
21:58: Mymir: Our admittance into IC was one of these.
    21:58: Starscope eyes the guards
21:58: Togukawa discretely activates a nanoprogram, flexing his fingers
21:58: Mymir: Now, here is the most important part.
21:59: Mymir: Each of you believes that what you stand for is right. And that all your actions seek to make the world a better place.
    22:00: Mymir: So do we.
22:00: Mymir: I was just recently informed that the primary project that we were to announce today, has been delayed.
    22:00: Cevelze clears his throat
22:00: Mymir: So excuse me if I seem to be speaking off the cuff.
22:00: Winathua scans the crowd with a critical eye
22:00: Mymir: Everyone here wants the world to be safe.
22:01: Warhammer22 looks at Glendora with concern
22:01: Mymir: Everyone here wants to know that what they strive for is right.
22:01: Mymir: I am here to tell you that you are correct.
    22:01: Kimmureal yawns
22:01: Marise casually looks around the crowd
22:01: Mymir: NLF seeks to prevent the drstruction of their Breed
22:01: Starscope is an agreeance with Ki,,ureal
22:01: Cevelze fixes his gaze over the NLF
    22:02: Nohva nods
22:02: Swiftmind lost sight of Mymir
22:02: Mymir: The reporters seek to enilghten the planet of current news as well as promote an understanding that we all are the same
    22:02: Jamior nods
22:02: Nashka raises a brow at that comment
    22:02: Coszmik cocks an eyebrow
22:02: Demenzia lets her gaze wander on the crowd once again, eyes hidden behind her glasses
22:02: Jamior: Somewhat along those lines
22:02: Mymir: Whatver you choose to believe in. Do so. You are right in your beliefs as long as you hold true to them
    22:03: Starscope gazes at Mymir
    22:03: Eerika is somewhat confused
22:03: Mymir: And if any of you should ever doubt that. Just look at all of those that have come here.
22:03: Mymir: The only think we have in common is our concern for this place.
    22:04: Unole smiels
22:04: Nashka nods to that one although his home is Omni Prime
22:04: Mymir: I am being told to wrap this up. So I will. But one last thing.
    22:04: Betji stifles a yawn.
22:04: Nohva is concerned, but in a much different way than mymir
22:04: Mymir: Always remember. Whether you are Omni, Clan, or Neutral. You matter. Never let anyone tell you otherwise.
    22:04: Starscope nods to Nohva
    22:04: Deathboy14 claps
22:04: Swiftmind: Ah thank you President Baptist
22:05: Swiftmind looks around thinking for a second
22:05: Swiftmind: Well I am sure you all are questioning on what we are working on.
22:05: Coszmik: Hmm. Quite a change from what I've been hearing through the Gridfeed, addressed to me.
    22:05: Starscope: indeed.
22:05: Swiftmind: Simon here commented that the project he was going to speak of has been delayed. What he ment was I did not want to outright tell everything now. Security concerns are high,
22:05: Swiftmind: But I can release some information.
22:06: Swiftmind: The goal will help in reduceing the need to mine notum on Rubi-Ka. As I said it will help Rubi-Ka as a whole.
    22:06: Kimmureal laughs
    22:06: Starscope welcomes Merijynn
22:07: Swiftmind: Beyond that I can not say at this point. But perhaps one day we will all know and benifit from our work.
22:07: Merijynn pushes his way through crowd, not apologizing in the least
22:07: Swiftmind looks around the crowd.
    22:07: Zidox carefully eyes merijynn
22:07: Dreadkeeper stares at the su****ious neutral
22:07: Swiftmind: I just hope no one tries to harm our efforts to help the planet and Omni-Tek.
22:07: Coszmik wonders how less mining will help Omni-Mine.
    22:07: Swiftmind: Ah then
    22:07: Nohva chuckles
22:08: Swiftmind: We have finished the planned speeches and now we will take questions.
22:08: Swiftmind: I will pick someone out of the crowd to ask a question.
    22:08: Coszmik: I have a question.
22:08: Swiftmind: Only one can ask a question at a given time.
    22:08: Nohva raises his hand
    22:08: Starscope laughs in disrespect
22:08: Swiftmind: You can direct your question to any one of us.
22:08: Swiftmind: Please raise your hand to ask a question.
22:08: Swiftmind: I hope we can get to everyone's questions.
22:08: Cevelze mutters something under his breath, making subtle hand motions.
22:08: Nashka shouts: Nohva is up
    22:08: Wavebreak: 'scuse me
    22:08: Coszmik raises his hand
22:09: Starscope shouts: Aye brother speak!!
    22:09: Demenzia very slightly frowns
22:09: Wavebreak motions for Blackswords to follwo
    22:09: Betji raises her hand.
    22:09: Wavebreak: John
22:09: Swiftmind wonders what the NLF are doing
    22:09: Wavebreak: Get over here
    22:09: Nohva smiles slyly
    22:09: Warhammer22 shouts: back down
    22:09: Nohva: Aye
22:09: Swiftmind: Do I dare even listen to their question
22:09: Nohva: We do indeed have a question
    22:09: Warhammer22 doesnt like this..
22:10: Nohva shouts: your claims are all well and good madame
22:10: Demenzia very discretly taps her comm unit
22:10: Togukawa stands behind the group of NLF members, his rifle barrel not quite pointed at their backs
22:10: Nirini thinks everyone should back off ..
22:10: Arimathea eyes the Nanomage above her head
22:10: Whispe grips her rifle tightly, eyeing the NLF from her hidden position\
22:10: Nohva shouts: but your relentless mining of rubi ka, and subsequent slaughter of the nanomage people continues!
    22:10: Ammicus rolls his eyes
    22:10: Coszmik sighs
    22:10: Cevelze shakes his head.
22:10: Swiftmind: Oh not this again..
22:10: Nohva shouts: My question is this
    22:10: Arimathea sighs
    22:10: Swiftmind: Oh?
22:10: Demenzia simply shakes her head
22:10: Starscope shouts: Tell her brother!!! Speak the Truth!!!
22:10: Nanoquark Points my BBI's AT Togukawa head easy son
22:10: Yohon shouts: absolute power corrupts absolutely!
22:11: Barbile brings a cigarette to his lips.
22:11: Nohva shouts: Will you STOP the shipping of Notum off world, until your so called "research" has been deemed successful?
    22:11: Swiftmind rolls eyes
22:11: Swiftmind: You know the answer is no, even if I wanted too.
    22:11: Starscope shouts: Bah!!!
22:11: Cevelze shoots his glance to Ramiyana
22:12: Swiftmind: I ask you remain down below.
22:12: Barbile takes a long drag from his cig while clicking off the safties of his guns.
22:12: Togukawa remains impassive, confident that the HQ Security can handle this if it gets out of hand
22:12: Thunderbolts shouts: Nohva please move back from stairs
    22:12: Coszmik raises his hand
22:12: Warhammer22 looks at Ms. Niss
    22:12: Nashka scans Leet
22:12: Whispe appears and points her rifle at Nohva
22:12: Nohva shouts: aye but your past actions make it clear that you indeed do not want to, because profit and power, has taken charge, over The lives of this planets inhabitants, and the health of the planet herself!
    22:12: Whispe: Back.
    22:12: Kimmureal looks around nervously
22:12: Nohva shouts: We come here today,
22:12: Nohva shouts: to issue a warning
22:13: Thunderbolts shouts: nohva please back up a little
    22:13: Swiftmind: A warning?
    22:13: Starscope glares at Thunderbolts
22:13: Demenzia taps her comm again, frowning some more
    22:13: Warhammer22 grips his warhammer
22:13: Nohva looks angrily at swiftmind
22:13: Coszmik: Hmm. This sounds like a threat.
22:13: Nohva shouts: The notum cannons
22:13: Nohva shouts: and your mining facilities
22:13: Nohva shouts: are not long for this world!
    22:13: Swiftmind: are lovely?
22:14: Nohva shouts: And we will sure make good on this promise!
22:14: Nohva shouts: greedy pillagers of rubi ka, Rapists of this planet
    22:14: Starscope glares at Swiftmind
22:14: Nohva shouts: consider yourselves fairly warned
22:14: Swiftmind: What will you do? Throw small rocks?
22:14: Ammicus pulls off his cloak, and pulls up his hood
22:14: Nirini looks threatning at Starscope
    22:14: Marisha chuckles
22:14: Eerika is glad the true colours are out
22:14: Mymir: If you will excuse me. I will be leaving now.
22:15: Cevelze shouts: You're making a mistake, Nohva..
22:15: Demenzia talks into her comm, seemingly not really concerned about the crowd right now
22:15: Nohva looks angrily at swiftmind
22:15: Arimathea smirks at the "threat"
22:15: Warhammer22: all security, move in
22:15: Nohva: We shall see where our small rocks land madame
22:15: Mymir: Once clearer heads are present, I will be back
    22:15: Nohva: Good day
22:15: Oston looks at Starscope and asks him self in how many secs he could hit him K.O.
22:15: Warhammer22: can we get a sniper on him
    22:15: Arimathea: No, Warhammer.
    22:15: Swiftmind: hmmm
22:15: Swiftmind: Well if that is over with
22:15: Winathua chambers a round into his X3
22:15: Warhammer22 stares evily at Nanoquark
22:15: Nohva shouts: lets be gone from this wretched place, brothers and sisters!
    22:15: Starscope shouts: Aye!!
    22:15: Nanoquark looks Unconcerned
22:16: Swiftmind: Coszmik had a question.
22:16: Jamior: So what do you plan on doing with his threat Miss Moscardelli?
22:16: Coszmik: A child will always throw small rocks. But a blind child will hit his own feet.
    22:16: Warhammer22: back down nanoquark.
    22:16: Thunderbolts: move back
22:16: Coszmik: Yes, I did Director Moscardelli...
22:16: Nohva shouts: Till all are Free!
22:16: Swiftmind: Just settle down, they are gone.
22:16: Barbile: Damn test tube rejects.
22:16: Disillusion shouts: Till All Are Free!
22:16: Kimmureal shouts: Til all are free!!!
22:16: Oston: Swizec you better leave 2 ,with your guild, befor i smash your skull in 2.
22:16: Starscope shouts: Hail, "Till all are Free!!"
22:16: Edliner: Hey, did they kidnap Callantha?
22:16: Coszmik: You say this project you are working on will result in less mining of notum on Rubi-Ka, yes?
22:16: Warhammer22 shouts: take the shot
22:17: Togukawa: Manager Jamior, it is not Company Policy to comment on commentary from the rabble
    22:17: Swiftmind: Yes I did
    22:17: Marise: Hrm...
    22:17: Swiftmind: Ples everyone quiet
22:17: Nanoquark is amuzed at Warhammer22
    22:17: Cevelze glares at Yohon
22:17: Coszmik: How will less mining help Omni-Mine? That is less revenue for Omni-Tek employees. And perhaps the slashing of an entire department. Your department.
    22:17: Warhammer22 's heart pounds
22:17: Swiftmind: Yes I know how it sounds.
22:17: Nashka shouts: I belive Coszmik was next to speak? all please quiet while questioners speak and questionee answers
    22:17: Swiftmind: Rather confusing actually.
22:18: Swiftmind: But I wish I could tell you more. If I could, you would understand.
    22:18: Jamior raises his hand
22:18: Coszmik: So I must wait to see what this project is? I see.
    22:18: Betji raises her hand.
22:18: Demenzia slightly shudders all of a sudden
22:18: Swiftmind: The products from our research will benifit all parites.
22:19: Swiftmind: That is all I can really say at this time.

22:19: Nashka shouts: Next up Jamior Pls
22:19: Swiftmind: Yes Jamior you have a question.
22:19: Coszmik: Ok, thank you. I'll just have to wait it out.
22:19: TheSlitheryOne: Hurry back, master! I won't enjoy killing without you!
22:19: Jamior: What makes you think the Clans would stop mining? Wouldn't your method of mining less give them the advantage?
22:20: Swiftmind: The way the clans mine would be considered old and expensive compared to our method we are researching.
    22:20: Jamior: I see.
22:21: Swiftmind: As I said I wish I could tell you more. It is very interesting research.
22:21: Nashka shouts: Next up is Betji
    22:21: Swiftmind: Ah Betji
22:21: TheSlitheryOne: My life force is leaving me...
22:21: Swiftmind: What is your question?
22:21: Betji: I notice that only omnis and neutrals have been invited to this gathering, yet you say it is for the benefit of all Rubi-KA....
    22:21: Ammicus: We lied.
    22:21: Ammicus smirks
22:22: Swiftmind: I ment the environment.
22:22: Starscope shouts: Damn you bigots!!!
    22:22: Marise snickers.
    22:22: Marisha raises her hand
22:22: Nashka thinks 'whatever - pays the rent'
22:22: Betji: Is it your policy to be exclusive of the clans, and therefore bring a new era of hostility to north-south relations.
    22:22: Unole smiles
    22:22: Betji: I also have a follow-up questions.
22:22: Ammicus: Are you speaking to us as a group or to me personally?
22:23: Eerika looks at the returning NLF with concern
22:23: Ammicus: Because I would hope you'd know my answer to that by now, Betji.
22:23: Betji: I think my question is directed at the leadership of IC, whomever that is.
22:23: Swiftmind: I think we are already hostile. Though Omni-Mining has hardly dealt with clans, there is a battle somewhere everyday. Though yes I agree it is rather selective, they just can not be trusted with this new reserach.
    22:23: Miremeld smiles
    22:23: Betji: I see... now... my follow-up....
22:24: Betji: It is apparent to me, and most who follow surface-mining issues....
22:24: Betji: That omni-tek is very close to regaining its monopoly on surface mining. Clan towers are falling everywhere...
22:24: Togukawa raises his hand for a question
22:24: Betji: Is your project at all related to this new offensive, and can you claim any credit for its success?
22:25: Betji: That's all, thank you.
22:25: Swiftmind: No we are not involved with the new offense. I said earlier this research is not hostle. This new offensive is by the Omni-Tek citizens alone.
22:25: Ammicus blows a kiss to Betji
22:25: Coszmik: Whom I must applaud.
22:26: Nashka shouts: OK, MArisha is next up, you got the floor
22:26: Swiftmind tries to find Marisha
    22:26: Swiftmind: Ah
    22:26: Arimathea smiles at Marisha
    22:26: Swiftmind: Yes Marisha?
22:26: Marisha: Is IC seeking additional private funding in their endeavors?
    22:27: Swiftmind nods
22:27: Swiftmind: Yes this research can get a tad expensive from time to time.
22:27: Arrin: what's going on here?
22:27: Swiftmind: We are always open to new funding sources.
    22:27: Marisha nods
22:28: Swiftmind: Is that all Marisha?
    22:28: Edliner raises hand
    22:28: Marisha: Yes, thank you.
22:28: Nashka shouts: OK Next up is Togakawa
    22:28: Swiftmind wonders
    22:28: Swiftmind: Togukawa?
    22:29: Togukawa: Director Moscardelli,
22:29: Togukawa: Will we be seeking patent rights from the ICC soon in order to safeguard our research?
22:30: Swiftmind: We will do what is needed to make sure all legal issues have been worked out when the time comes.
22:30: Togukawa: And will not cause problems with other cooperations seeking to break our franchise on mining operations?
    22:30: Togukawa: Corporations rather
22:31: Swiftmind: I think this research will give us a leading role over any group trying to mine notum.
22:31: Swiftmind: Problems perhaps, in other groups trying to gain this research. As I said the security risk is high.
22:31: Togukawa: Thank you, Madam Director
    22:32: Swiftmind nods
22:32: Swiftmind: Who is next, I know there is at least one more question.
22:32: Nashka shouts: Good Good, Edliner? WHats your qestion
    22:32: Warhammer22 greets Mr. Age
    22:32: Ammicus smiles thinly
    22:32: Edliner: Minister Moscardelli,
    22:32: Swiftmind searches for Edliner
    22:33: Swiftmind: Ah
22:33: Edliner: Will there be an effect on the fragile ties with shadowlands?
22:33: Demenzia still checks her wristpad from time to time, a constant frown on her brow
    22:34: Coszmik: A stumper of a question?
22:35: Swiftmind: This is an interesting question, it has a very complex answer. But since I can not go into detail I can not fully answer this. But no it will not.
    22:35: Jacobstroud raises his hand
22:35: Ammicus glances at his datapad at the All Towers update and grins approvinyl
22:35: Betji nods meaningfully to Ammicus.
22:35: Coszmik: Hmm/ I am extremely pleased with that tower result.
22:36: Ammicus: How could we not be, Coszmik?
    22:36: Ammicus smiles
    22:36: Warhammer22: hahaha
22:36: Swiftmind: Is that all Edliner?
    22:36: Warhammer22: god i hate storm.
    22:36: Warhammer22: mt!
22:36: Coszmik raises his hand for one last question.
22:36: Edliner: Since you can not tell more detals, yes that was all.
    22:36: Ammicus: Best. mt. ever.
22:36: Nashka shouts: OK Coszmik, floors yours
    22:36: Swiftmind: no wait
    22:37: Swiftmind: Jacobstroud is next
    22:37: Nashka shouts: No Wait
22:37: Swiftmind: What is your question Jacobstroud?
22:37: Nirini: Boss, we done here?
22:37: Coszmik: Director Moscardelli. I have heard rumours that this project has faced some problems or issues. Is the delay announced today a result of these problems?
22:37: Jacobstroud: Can you give a rough estimate of how much the new technology will increase cost efficiency?
    22:37: Mirkle eyes Nirini
22:38: Coszmik: My apologies if I asked ahead of time.
    22:38: Jacobstroud smiles
22:38: Whispe giggles mischievously and flies off
    22:38: Coszmik nods to Jacobstroud
    22:38: Nashka: Hmm Apology accepted
    22:38: Nirini blinks at Mirkle
    22:39: Mirkle snorts
22:39: Swiftmind: It will increase the efficiency quite a bit. Certain current costs that go into current methods of mining will no longer be needed. This alone will help increase the cost.
22:39: Jacobstroud: Can you give any numbers?
    22:39: Jamior: Increase the cost?
22:39: Swiftmind: We can do a very rouge estimate but I do not have one with me at the moment.
    22:39: Jacobstroud: OK thank you
    22:40: Swiftmind: (( hmm I think I answered that wrong =/
22:40: Mirkle looks down and eyes Miremeld's behind
22:40: Swiftmind: (( I ment I it will increase profit not cost ))
22:40: Swiftmind: ok next question is Coszmik I believe.
    22:41: Warhammer22 notice Unole
    22:41: Coszmik: Ok, thank you.
22:41: Coszmik: Director Moscardelli. I have heard rumours that this project has faced some problems or issues. Is the delay announced today a result of these problems?
22:42: Swiftmind: They delay was not telling the public what we are working on in full detial. With all new reserach there are problems and some accidents, yes we have had a few. But nothing too major to hault the project completely.
22:42: Coszmik: I see. Thank you for the honest answer.
    22:42: Swiftmind nods
    22:42: Swiftmind looks around
22:43: Coszmik: I believe seeing the project itself will answer any reamining questions I have.
22:43: Swiftmind: Anyone have anything else to question?
22:43: Ammicus glances at his All Towers readout and sighs'
22:43: Swiftmind waits a few moments
22:43: Jamior glances at Unole and shakes his head slightly
    22:43: Nashka wonders about reamining
    22:43: Mirkle blinks
    22:44: Swiftmind: Very well
22:44: Swiftmind: I thank you all coming.
22:44: Swiftmind: I know this seems a tad confusing but in time I am sure everything will be answered.
    22:44: Ammicus: Shall we, Dannielle?
    22:44: Whispe smiles and nods
22:44: Swiftmind: We will now be off to the Rhompa Bar in Omni-1 for a small recepetion.
22:44: Swiftmind: I invite all those here to come along.
22:44: Swiftmind: This conference is now concluded.

It seems someone needs to read the historical records again. But, I'll include a snippet so you don't have to search.

28973 - The first Homo Nano is born in an Omni-Tek laboratory. The inclusion of trace notum into the DNA sequencing of Nano foetuses means that this breed is able to live only on Rubi-Ka.

trace (n.) - a. An extremely small amount.
    b. A constituent, such as a chemical compound or element, present in quantities less than a standard limit.

I hate to break the truth to you when you've thought otherwise for so long, but it's likely you are more Omni-Tek than 'Rubi-Kan'. Omni-Tek created you, formed you, gave birth to you. Notum is merely a tool.

And I am hurt. Hurt from your accusations about kicking you. Never have I, nor a fellow Omni-Tek citizen laid a hand against you because you are born from Omni-Tek with trace notum amounts. Omni-Tek has many fine Homo Nanos working in its departments today, and Omni-Tek still cares for you. Cares for you. Come back to us today, and start your new life with us. A life you can live in full.

I am sincerely disappointed I was not able to attend the press rally, but departmental buisness called me away.

I can not stress the importance of Infinite Circle, not just to Omni-Tek, but to all of Rubi-Ka. Notum mining is no longer a profitable enterprise for anyone; the Notum Wars are stark proof of that. There are even those who would claim that we risk depleting notum; an absurd notion, but one that must be entertained never-the-less. Therefore, it is our duty, nay, our responsibility, to develop a new way of acquiring the notum we all so greatly depend upon!

I am honored to be working with such esteemed organizations, and look forward to making Rubi-Ka a better planet.

What pains me is tha inability of tha Nanomage Liberation Front to see when it's time to stop. This said... inviting us to talks? Why not. If this decision is sincere, allbeit unofficial... if this could make all this terrorist crap stop... all parties would find an interest in it after all.

However, when it comes to demands to stop mining... dun't focus on Omni-Mining, nor on our project. Yes, of course tha primary goal with Notum is profit; who'd deny this, tha Clans themselves dun't deny it, and there's no reason to obey such demands instead of carrying on tha orders of the Corporation itself.

Profit... why always make it a synonym of "evil" or whatever other word like this. Why not, fer once, couple it to concepts such as progress and improvement. Why simply dismiss this very idea. In that regard, project Infinite Circle is of utmost importance. And I stated it a few times, and will state it again - we'll do what is needed to further its progression.

Stripmining? Can you please point out for me where Omni-Tek is stripmining Notum? Thought it was known to all that the most efficient way to extract large ammounts of Notum was the deep mining projects.

And yet again I must witness the sheer arrogance of OT officials playing the masters of life and death, just as they did with my father...

I do not dispute the fact that our origins lie deep within the corporation we have come to hate so much. But, surely even you must admit to the fact that, without Mother Rubi-Ka and her Notum, we would not exist. No matter what other atrocities you have made us endure during the process of our creation (such as this Notum Enriched MetaPlast Grid on my face, without which it would not hold together), it is Notum that has made us truly unique, a race of our own.

And I, Praetor, am equally hurt by your audacity to claim you "care" about the Nanomage people. You created us for one purpose, and one purpose only: Slavery. The only reason you must now tolerate our free existence is because of our striving towards indepence, that was helped along by people loyal to the only true profitable virtues, love and freedom.

Ms. Markarian, the reason I see "profit" as a synonym of evil, is because profit is rarely made without the expense of trampling on the basic rights all humans have. Progress and improvement on the cost of human lives is always an atrocity, even when this has seemed to be a central guideline for humanity for so long as anyone can remember. As a response to "terrorist crap", do you really think that when our lives are threatened, we simply admit defeat and lay down to the arms of eternal death?

My call for talks is indeed a sincere one, and I am sure we could come to an agreement which could satisfy all of us. I have knowledge of a project that involves the creation of Synthetic Notum, and I am sure that given the chance, OT, BORPAC member guilds and perhaps Jobe Scientists could together solve the problems behind creating such matter. I will, however, not let go of the demand that any and all Notum mining operations on Rubi-Ka must cease, sooner rather than later.

I have seen enough casualties of this war fall dead on the ground of our Mother, so I realize the killing must stop before we all perish at the hands of greed. I cannot, however, simply run Nano programs to change your minds, you must come to understand this world on your own. I just hope I can do whatever it takes to help.

Blessings of The Mother to all.

    Well spoken, mr. Tinander!
In addition, I note with some surprise, though not really....the same people renouncing and condemning Clan for what they call "terrorist attacks" on Omni installations, are according to this log (thank you for not editing it, so that we could actually witness this) blatantly expressing their joy over Omni terrorist attacks on Clan installations in the North. In addition, blatantly expressing their hate.
It is time we all see through the Omni farce, their sugar-coated words are nothing more than a play....but this spectator has had enough of it, we see through it. In my eyes, words will mean nothing......action will!
We must all face the following: Omni-Tek, and its vassals, clearly hate any obstacle to their main cause; namely that of profit gaining. Should that mean having to kill off an entire group of people, rest assured they will! Nanomages are no exeption.
I have tried, for a long time, to beleive that there was a genuine wish for peace, for co-exsistance....but events and actions are speaking so much louder than words.
Screw the dream.......gloves are off.......this Clanner aint taking your propaganda anymore!

    Post Comments from Director Moscardelli

Infinite Circle need your support to make their project a success.
Indeed we do need the support of others. We look forward to anyone willing to work with us.

Even though this is clear OT propaganda, I thought the people of Rubi-Ka deserve to hear a response to these wild allegations.
Propaganda? We are stating the facts of our research. If you want to speak about propaganda look at yourself. These are wild allegations to those who do not want to accept the facts that counter their so called beliefs.

The NLF is fully aware of IC's efforts to "reduce the need" of Notum Mining. In all actuality this project is only directed toward one goal: Making more credits from less work. Stripmining most probably will never cease on its own, since it's still the only way to gather Notum in any "efficient”.
Fully aware? You know nothing. If you truly were aware you would not be against this project. The goal is to get the same amount of notum at cheaper costs and ways that do not affect the environment.

but the only way to protect the lives of the Nanomage people is to stop mining alltogether and to make sure the ARK continue to develop their Notum Replenishment techniques.
To you it may be, but we are making another way. Notum mining can not be stopped, no matter how many of us on Rubi-Ka want it too. Oh let ARKs continue their ways that your group wanted to go to war over?

As for attacking your bases and Notum Export Cannons, you should know better than to put your research in the same basket with your business venture locations. In war, collateral damage to non-targets are unavoidable. Most of us do not trust Omni-Tek in any capacity, and as such are positioned to destroy anything everything in their paths, including research and development material. If you wish to save this material, publish it for all the world, indeed the universe to see, and let them make their jugdement.
In the real universe, in which you seem to not live in, research and business are one. What use would the research be if it had no purpose? You may not trust the military of Omni-Tek but Infinite Circle is a civilian project. To me you seem to think Omni-Tek will destroy its own research projects. Why would we do that? You have some odd views of Omni-Tek. No we will not publish until it is ready; all you want to do it get a hold of it yourself. Of course your judgment will be its evil, so what is the point of giving the information now.

We are always open to negotiations. But it is pointless if your group continues your ways of violence and destruction.

Agreed, we do not discriminate because you are Nanomage, we do not like the NLF because of their violent actions. I know many respectable Nanomages who are happy and successful Omni-Tek citizens.

Yes indeed in the past some of the things Omni-Tek has done was not for the best. But get yourself out of the past. We have come a long way. You should be glade the old Directors are not still in place or you too would be in a mine or worse. You have your freedom and what do you do with it, become terrorists…interesting.

As a response to "terrorist crap", do you really think that when our lives are threatened, we simply admit defeat and lay down to the arms of eternal death?
But there is no threat. You assume there is from false press releases and bad information. I have still yet to see actual, concrete proof of your claims. Our research shows that notum is infinite. We have concrete proof of that. It is interesting that our research has concrete proof and yours does not. Don’t throw that report in my face that you submitted a few months ago. I read it, and all I can say is that it was full of biased comments. I did not see any scientific data.

have knowledge of a project that involves the creation of Synthetic Notum, and I am sure that given the chance, OT, BORPAC member guilds and perhaps Jobe Scientists could together solve the problems behind creating such matter. I will, however, not let go of the demand that any and all Notum mining operations on Rubi-Ka must cease, sooner rather than later.
Talk can happen I mentioned that above. I doubt this…project…will like working with BorPac and Jobe when they are the ones who did most of the work themselves. BorPac and Jobe have no rights in working with such a project.

I cannot, however, simply run Nano programs to change your minds, you must come to understand this world on your own.
Oh I understand it fully, more then I would ever show you. You would be surprised of the things I know. Run a nanoprogram? Try it on me if you wish, you will fail.

the same people renouncing and condemning Clan for what they call "terrorist attacks" on Omni installations, are according to this log (thank you for not editing it, so that we could actually witness this) blatantly expressing their joy over Omni terrorist attacks on Clan installations in the North. In addition, blatantly expressing their hate.
As I have stated, Infinite Circle has nothing to do with the Notum Wars. But this is not so on an individual level.

Should that mean having to kill off an entire group of people, rest assured they will! Nanomages are no exeption.
Last I checked we were not aiming at a specific breed. If you mean the clans, well that is a whole other topic which has nothing to do with Infinite Circle.

This is not propaganda Mr. McDuff, it is fact. This research will help all. I know you want to think otherwise and say it is evil and such, but it is not.

Ah well my responses are done. I thank all those who support Infinite Circle. One day we all will see the benefits our research will create. To the NLF, do not be so quick to think what you are. You may be hurting something that is helping you.

Angry Re: Comments from Director Moscardelli

I was hoping of putting this topic to rest for once and all, but some points made by Ms. Moscardelli were yet again as far from the truth as they could possibly be.

To you it may be, but we are making another way. Notum mining can not be stopped, no matter how many of us on Rubi-Ka want it too. Oh let ARKs continue their ways that your group wanted to go to war over?
Mining can be stopped, and should be stopped. If you would speak the truth in your (meaning OT in general here) statements, you would have eliminated the need for any further Notum mining ages ago. But alas, nothing like that has seemed to happen.

As for going to war against the ARK, that declaration is only about the overuse of Notum resources for frivolous exercises like initiating new members and other activities only meant for the selfish pleasure of the ARK. We fully support the Notum Replenishment project instigated by them, however we lack the resources to help in such an endeavour.

Talk can happen I mentioned that above. I doubt this…project…will like working with BorPac and Jobe when they are the ones who did most of the work themselves. BorPac and Jobe have no rights in working with such a project.
Sure, you ask for help, but when it is offered, you hide behind the shroud of "we were here first". Only one word springs to mind: Cowardly. Perhaps you simply do not have any actual research done yet, so you hide behind this excuse? I'd like to see one shred of evidence pertaining to this "project" of yours actually being in the works. Otherwise I simply have to judge it as mere gossip and a distraction tactic.

Topic to rest? Then you should cease in your bickering. You post your messages in here and think I will not say anything.

Shipping notum off world can not be stopped. You once again think in your own little world. The universe demands notum and we must supply. If we do not, who knows what will come to make sure we do. You really want Omni-Prime's armies to come and make you silent forever? Keep up your actions and this may come true.

I am not sure where you heard your information about such a project but I merly stating that due to your actions I highly doubt they would agree to work with such co-workers as yourself.
