As mentioned several times, it's nice that people can look at older posts to compare prices etc.
Also, alot of people have bank sales, posting huge amounts of common items in their bank they want to get rid off. Posts like these aren't usually bumped. It's nice to be able to search the forums for something you need, and you find it in a bank sale posted a few weeks ago. In most cases they've still got what you're looking for, collecting dust in their bank
So one month sounds like a reasonable amount of time to store threads in market forums

Seems 1 month is the verdict, with approx 40% of the votes and the rest of the votes being divided evenly among shorter and longer than this. We'll try it out, and maybe run a new poll later when people have seen how it works out.
I'm removing old posts every Monday or Tuesday, so expect this to take effect early next week.
