Proposal to create a Council of Justice (CoJ)

With recent events on our home planet in mind, I would like to propose the formation of a new council. A council that we can trun towards to ensure justice when we have enemies of the planet we all deal with.
The CoJ should consist of an equal amout of representatives from all alignments, those are Clan, Neutral, Omni-Tech. the council should not be a large group that is active in the everyday politics but rather a smaller group of 6-9 peopel not involved in the politics of our daily life. They should lnly pass judgement in our common enemies, and if called upon they should give recomendations in other issues regarding Justice.
The work of CoJ should oly be in Issues that concern the population of Rubi-Ka as a whole unity, not as a singel side.
For example I can see the following orders of arrest that could be Issued by mentioned CoJ at current date.

For her crimes agains the population of Rubi-Ka and suspected affiliation with Dust-Brigade Midia is wanted for arrest by CoJ.
Warning: This criminal is to be conciderd higly dangerous since she is know to be behind numerous murders
Reward: 10.000.000 Credits for her capture and escort to detention facility.

Organisation: Dust-Brigade
For ther criminal activity across Rubi-Ka, and countelss murders of innocent civilians, obstroction of peace process and destruction of property all affiliated with the organisation Dust-Brigade.
Warning: All members of this organisaation is considerd extremel dangerous and lethal force is sanctioned by CoJ during attemt to capture any member of this organisation.
Reward: 2.000.000 Credis for ever member of Dust-Brigade captured and escoreted to detention facility.

Note that these are just exampels and not acuall Wanted postings, since the Coj does not exist at this date.
