Greetings fellow bureaucrats of Rubi-Ka,
I would like to invite all bureaucrats interested in helping shape a better future to the Eigth Rubi-Ka Bureaucrat Convention. The main focus of this convention is the attempt at the formation of a political entity that will allow organizations settle their differences peacefully.
The conflict on Rubi-Ka has gone for far too long. Almost daily, we hear of more attacks by the clans against Omni facilities in revenge for a past attack. Meanwhile, Omni organizations are actively retaliating against the very same clan "terrorist" attacks that are taking place. This attack for an attack mentality permeating the millitant organizations on both sides has gotten to the point where no one can remember who started what. The cycle of violence will continue endlessly if left unchecked.
The neutrals, are being ignored and passed over. They need to be recognized and have a place to voice their concerns. The formation of such an entity will try to address these shortcomings.
This entity will be a common ground where different organizations from all sides can meet together and settle their differences without resorting to violence. This entity will set an example to the others that through diplomacy, peace is possible. Mutual understanding, not annhilation will allow Omni, Clan and Neutrals alike to settle their differences in a civilized manner.
We hope that with this Eigth BureauCon will be the beginning of a new counter-movement to the growing violence. I look foward to seeing those of you interested there.
