need alliance chat channel

people have asked for a separate chat window for combat and chat messages. sounds like a good idea.

merely having a chat channel available doesn't mean you -have- to listen to it. i regularly turn most off channels i'm not interested in listening to.

Um, I really like this alliance chat line. Maybe if we dangle some cookies in front of the moderators, they'll post that they like the idea and send it to the dev team!

Rumour has it, a team mission boss dropped something useful during the weekend. I bet FC has all their resources tied up in avoiding that happening again.

they have a chat line for those "certain" members to speak with other in an "alliance"
