Question about pants

Could somebody wise explain why my Senpai Tertius Decus PANTS look like skirt?

If its ment to be look like so, what are these pants in the picture [ http://www.geocities.com/unforgettable77/index.html ] ?

Not sure why they look like a skirt, probably cause the graphics are exacly the same as for the coats. The person in the screenie has probably just gotten out of a car and experiencing the car bug that makes all the coats wrap around your legs - very *not* cute with those fixer trashbags which will then look like longjohns.

Well thanks again to you, peekaboo! I would have liked to have REAL pants instead of skirt-look

But if its a sort of a bug, gotta find something else to wear ...

Taking the pants off and putting them on again sometimes solves this for me. Then again, sometimes they just look like the regular default pants...
