How does it work? What level can you start partaking in the combat? Do you control territory or anything? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
You can start PvP'ing at any level, as long as you can find opponents withing your level range.
Level ranges limit who can attack you until you pass level 75
Then you walk in political areas at great peril as anyone up to level 200 can give you an unscheduled meeting with the reclaim booth
Territory control is not yet implemented but in the pipeline I hear.
