Romba's is Omni (Omni Entertainment) right by Baboons. Was wondering where the Neuters R Us was at.

Also, by location, need to know how to get to the bar within the zone. Some zones are huge. I take it Neuters R Us is not in Newland City? Newland Desert? Coordinates within the zone would be helpful too.
