What is the difference between Chirops and Wingbags? Would a Primal Chirop be in same chategory as those more friendly and good-looking Chirops?

I also wonder if there is or have ever been monsters called:
- Rogue Rollerrat
- Tinkler Scorpiod (Not Tickler, Twinger or Tingler)
