Changing factions?
My buddy has been camping for the better part of two days now for a high level faction change pass. Nothing above QL 115 has spawned in that time. Is it even possible to buy QL 140+ faction change passes? Or are they only given out in special instances (ie; quests, missions, etc.)?
I noticed passes most happen in missions when i do full bad full money. I seem to get alot that way. Only level 80 missions though.....
